I just got off the phone with Nair, who was helping me with an internet connection problem that no one else that I had contacted previously had been able to resolve.
The problem was that while my internet connection was fine, I couldn’t load Google or any Google-related sites (including Gmail, my email service), which seemed simple but was a problem which no one else could figure out.
Nair was really patient and knew exactly what he was doing. In the end, he got it working for me. I’m so impressed by the quality of service.
